Before starting any work on the pump,filter or valve you must turn off the electricity and then release the pressure in the system by moving the Multiport Valve handle to the Waste position.

Delivery charges to the UK and N.Ireland

UK Delivery is  by  Royal Mail 2nd  Class Post  the charge is £3.75.

If you wish to order for countries outside of the UK,

Please contact us by e-mail  and we will obtain a specific delivery cost. You will in addition be responsible for all charges levied in the country of delivery such as VAT and Duty .

We are not VAT registered so our prices are as shown on the various pages.

We can only accept payment on-line via PayPal. If you do not have an account,you can use a credit or debit card on the PayPal site.

Security of private details.

The only information we have about you is your name and address and parts ordered, in order to execute the order We need to keep this information for 7 years under the HMRC rules. We do not receive  any of your  financial details as this is held by PayPal
